Creamy Cucumber Salad Recipe
2 Cucumbers (med. size)
1 onion, (med. size) chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup miracle whip
Peel and slice cucumbers, add chopped onion. In separate bowl, combine salt, sugar, vinegar, and miracle whip. Mix well. Add cucumbers and onion. Refrigerate.
