Lemon Cake for Valentine's Day Recipe

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil.

Combine and Beat the first 4 ingredients. Add oil, Beat an additional 1 min. Grease and flour a 9x 13-inch cake pan or use tube pan. Bake 45 mins. at 350'. Before removing cake from oven, prepare glaze.

Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. orange juice.

Remove cake from oven. Poke holes in warm cake with a fork on top of the cake. Pour orange juice topping over the cake. Serve when cool, with whipped cream. A very delicious moist cake!
