15 Minute Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. round steak
2/3 cup water
3 oz. can mushrooms (drained)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. flour

Cut meat into small pieces; brown. Add water and mushrooms. Stir in soup mix. Mix and heat to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour. Add to meat mixture. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Serve over buttered noodles or rice. I LOVE these quick and good recipes.
