New Year's Bubbling Bacon and Horseradish Dip

This is one of my appetizers I'm going to make for News Year's Eve hors d' oeuvre table. It's really a good dip. Real easy to prepare.

4 crispy cooked bacon slices
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 4 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 minced garlic clove
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper.


Cook bacon until crisp. In a small, slow cooker, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, green onions, garlic, Cheddar cheese, pepper, and crumbled bacon strips. Stir well, cover and cook 1 hr. on high. Stir, cover and cook on high for 30 mins. Serve with crackers.

It's gonna be good!
