Grandma's Poison Bars Recipe. These are so good! and easy!

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup white syrup
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
4 cups Special K cereal
1 (6oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
non-stick cooking spray.

Bring sugar and syrup to boil. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add Special K. Mix well. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pack mixture into pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together and pour over top. Cut when cool. Quick to make!!

Ground beef Chow Mein recipe 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup celery, diced 1/2 teas. salt 1/4 teas. pepper 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup water 1 cup chow mein vegetables 1 small can of mushrooms, drained 3 cups cooked white rice Chow mein noodles Brown ground beef, onions and celery until beef in browned and celery tender, not mushy. Drain off fat. Add water, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add vegetables, mushrooms, then stir, add soup. Mix together, simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over white rice. Topped with Chow Mein noodles. Delicious!

 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. onions, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1 can tomatoes 1 can peas, drained 1 can mushroom soup 2 tbsp. sugar salt and pepper Season ground beef with salt, pepper and sugar. Then, brown seasoned ground beef and onions in a big fry pan. Add rest of ingredients, simmer on low for about an hour. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes. Very easy meal to make.
