I'm So Ready to do some Grilling Outside!!

Here is something I could really go for right now, "A Grilled Blade Roast" for supper.

1 blade roast 2 in. thick
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup water

Put roast in leak proof plastic container. Mix other ingredients together and pour over roast. Close container. Refrigerate overnight. Turn over in the morning. Let marinade til ready to grill.
Grill 5 ins. above coals about 30 mins. on each side. Put marinade over the roast every 15 mins., keeping sauce in bottom of pan.

Won't be grilling  here for awhile. Deck is still full of snow, and that's a bummer!
