Peppery Chicken Breasts

Love this meal!!!

4-5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
6 tbsp. soy sauce
6 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. freshly ground pepper.

Place chicken in shallow casserole dish. Combine other ingredients. Pour over chicken. Marinade in refrigerator for 2-3 hours, turning every hour and recoating with marinade. Place casserole dish in oven and heat to 375'. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve over white rice. Spoon cooked marinade over chicken and rice. Tasty meal!!
