Fresh Tomato Bruschetta Recipe

2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup feta cheese
1-2 tsp. Greek seasoning
1/4 cup olive oil
Garlic toast, French bread, or crackers

Prepare tomatoes as directed; spread on platter or pie plates.
Spread feta cheese over tomatoes, followed by Greek seasoning and olive oil.

Serve immediately with bread or crackers.
