Saucy Short Ribs Recipe

2 lbs. lean beef short ribs
1 tbsp. wesson pure vegetable oil
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce

Cut beef into 4 pieces. Brown on both sides in hot oil in skillet. Pour off
excess fat. Combine ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours
or until meat is tender. Makes 4 servings.
