Easy Caramel Corn Recipe

Melt 1 cup butter
 add 2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup syrup
1 tsp. salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat
add 1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla.
Pour over 6 qts. of popped corn.(3 packages of microwave popcorn seams to be the right amount)
Put in 2 large baking pans and bake at 200' for 1 hour. Stir about every
20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Break apart.
