Stove Top Skillet Chop Suey

1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. Chinese frozen vegetables
1 1/2 cup Minute rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can beef broth

Brown the hamburger and onion. Add the beef broth, soy sauce, and
frozen vegetables. Stir to break up the vegetables. Cook about
2 minutes on simmer. Bring to boil again; then add the Minute Rice.
Stir well to mix. Then cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes
before serving.

This recipe is quick and easy!
