Grandma's Peaches and Cream Pie

9-inch unbaked pie crust
7-8 fresh peaches halves, peeled
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup half-and-half

Place peach halves cut side down in pie shell, one in center and others
around it. Mix sugar, flour, salt, and cinnamon; stir in half-and-half
until smooth and well blended. Pour over peaches. Bake at 400' for 35-40
minutes or until filling is set. Cool
