Turkey Salad for a 100 People

4 qts. turkey, cut in bite size pieces
2 1/2 qts. finely chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
2 doz. hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
3 boxes ring macaroni, cooked to pkg. direction, rinsed in cold water and drained

Mix together:
1 qt. mayonnaise, thinned with; lemon juice and some yellow mustard

Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl and toss.
Pour dressing over salad, mix well. Chill for several hours.
