It's fresh sauerkraut season! This recipe is mouthwatering!
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 cups wide noodles
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
Brown the ground beef with onions and salt and pepper. Remove excess fat.
Layer 1/2 of the ground beef mixture in the bottom of a 3 quart baking dish.
Add the sauerkraut. Add the rest of the beef mixture. Put the uncooked noodles
on top of this, spread the soups over the noodles. Bake at 350' for 30 minutes,
then put the grated cheese on and bake another 30 minutes.
