Delicious Cheddar Spinach Pie

4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 cups Sharp shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 (10. oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, separated and drained

Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings. Mix well. Toss cheese with flour and add to egg mixture. Stir in spinach. Pour into well greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350' for 40 mins. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with tossed salad and crusty French bread!
