Ground Beef Chow Mein

Ground beef chow mein recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teas. salt
1/4 teas. pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 cup chow mein vegetables
3 cups cooked white rice
Chow mein noodles

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain of fat. Add water, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and soup. Mix together, simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over white rice. Topped with chow mein noodles. Delicious!
