Chicken Dip with Frito Scoops

This Chicken dip recipe is one of the best for a munchie table. All you need is:
13 oz. can of Chicken (drained)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of Rotel (in the canned tomato aisle)
1 Bag of Frito Scoops

Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot, except Frito Scoops. Heat thoroughly on medium, stirring often. Then ready to munch on, scooping with the Fritos...yum...yum

Simple Thanksgiving Day Turkey Stuffing Recipe

2 pkgs. Jimmy Dean sausage
Large bag Pepperidge Farm sage and onion bread cubes.
2-3 apples
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
2 tsp. sage
Water(use amount given on bread cube package.)

Brown sausage and drain. Mix sausage, crumbs, apples, onions, sage, and water together. Stuff into turkey to cook, or bake in covered pan at 350' for 45 mins.

Church Cookbooks a Must Have

When it comes to homemade recipes the first thing to come to our mind might be a special dish from our grandmas recipe books. They all had these wonderful yummy recipes that they passed down from generation-to-generation that made us feel better on a cloudy day.

Special occasions come along such as church events, or school events, and they always have some kind of recipe book filled with homemade delicious recipes for purchase. I recommend having at least 3 different kinds of these recipe books in your kitchen.

Baked Chicken Dijon

Baked Chicken Dijon Recipe
1 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup minced parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup dry bread crumbs
6 half chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 gal. size Ziploc bag

Preheat oven to 350'. Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic and mustard. Remove from heat. Put chicken breasts in mixture, coating all surfaces. Mix parsley, cheese, and bread crumbs in Ziploc bag. Put chicken in the bag, few pieces at a time, and coat well. Put in shallow baking dish and bake for 25-30 mins.
