Pumpkin Rolls Recipe
Pumpkin Rolls Recipe 3 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 2/3 c. pumpkin, canned or fresh 3/4 c. self rising flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 stick margarine 1-1/4 c. confectioner's sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add self rising flour, cinnamon and ginger. Pour batter onto a lined, wax paper cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 10-15 mins. at 350'. After baking, immediately roll up with the wax paper and put in towel to let cool completely. After it has cooled, carefully unroll removing wax paper as you unroll. Whip together the cream cheese, margarine, confectioner's sugar and vanilla and spread onto cake. Roll back up and cut after cool. preferably after refrigerated. $8.99
