Beer Cheese Soup Recipe(Everybody's Favorite) 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup chopped onion 2/3 cup flour 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. cayenne 1 tsp. salt 1 cup water 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 1/2 cups whole milk 12 oz. grated cheese 1 can (12 oz.) beer popcorn(plain or cheesy) Saute onion in butter in a pot. In another small pot bring water to a boil add bouillon cubes. Then add the flour to butter and onion. Slowly add water and cook and stir till thickened. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer only a couple of minutes. When serving, have the soup very hot and top with popcorn. The popcorn is a must!
