Can't pass up this cucumber dip recipe 8 oz. Feta cheese 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 3 T. lemon juice 1 lg. cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced 1 sm. red onion, diced 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 c. olive oil Pita Chips: 2 pkgs. white pita bread, cut into triangles Olive oil brushed onto pita bread Garlic salt Mix together ingredients for dip. Refrigerate. Prepare pita chips. Bake at 400' for 8-10 mins. Then serve. $8.99
