Apple Puff Pancakes Recipe
Delicious Apple puff pancakes 3 Tbsp. margarine 2 large apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced 2 Tsp. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 4 eggs, room temperature 1 1/8 cups milk 3/4 cup flour 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt Melt margarine in baking dish in 375' oven. Arrange apples over margarine; return to oven until apples are soft(about 10 minutes.) Sprinkle apples with brown sugar and 1 tsp. of the cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients in blender. Pour over apples. Bake at 375' 30-40 minutes(until eggs are set.) Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup if desired. $8.99
