Baked Beef Stroganoff

Baked Beef Stroganoff Recipe 1/4 c. water 1 lb. beef chuck roast(bite size pieces) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tbsp. sherry 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can of mushrooms salt, pepper and paprika to taste Combine all in casserole with tight cover; baked 2 1/2 hours at 325'. Thicken juice if necessary. Serves 3 to 4. Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
