Easy pumpkin pie recipe 1 can (30 oz.) pumpkin pie mix 2/3 cup (5 fl.-oz can) evaporated milk 2 large eggs 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell Mix pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and eggs in large bowl. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350' bake for 50-60 mins. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Bar-B-Q Salmon with Honey Butter Glaze Recipe. 1 salmon fillet, whole 1 cup butter, softened 1 Tbsp. honey 1 tsp. McCormick Montreal steak seasoning Heavy duty Aluminum foil, 1 roll Fold foil so edges are about 1/2" tall like a baking sheet and large enough that the fillet will fit inside. Place fillet skin side down in foil, brush with honey and butter covering fillet meat. Sprinkle steak seasoning on fillet and place in Bar-B-Q. When meat separates from skin, turn over meat and repeat steps 2 and 3. When meat crumbles with a fork the fish is done.
