Instant tapioca 1 tsp. salt Lg. pinches of pepper, rosemary and marjoram Braise round steak in a dutch oven. Add tomatoes, carrots, celery, quartered onions, bread. tapioca, and remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 4 hours at 250'. Stir occasionally while baking. Serve over rice. $8.99
