Delicious Parmesan Halibut Recipe 1 box cheese garlic croutons 3/4 c. grated parmesan Cracked pepper to taste 3/4 c. oil 3 to 4 lbs. halibut Crush croutons, add to large zipper bag. Add cheese and a little cracked pepper to crumbs in bag. Zip and shake to combine. Line baking sheet with foil then spray. Dip halibut peces in oil a few at a time. Add pieces to crumbs, cover pieces and place on baking sheet. Repeat process until fish pieces are covered. Bake at 350' for 20 to 30 mins. until fish flakes easily. $8.99
