Delicious Beef and Cabbage Scallops Recipe 1 lb. ground beef 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 tbsp flour 1 (12oz.) can tomatoes 1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 cups coarsely chopped cabbage 2 cups thinly sliced peeled potatoes 2 cups bread crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter. Brown beef, add celery and onions, cook 5 mins. Drain, Stir in flour, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. In a 3 qt. casserole dish, alternate meat, cabbage, potatoes. Top with bread cubes and butter. Bake covered at 375' for 1 hour. Serves 8.
