Millionaire Macaroni Salad Recipe 1-lb. curly macaroni 3 carrots, shredded 2 c. cheese, shredded 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. celery, diced 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condense milk 2 c. mayonnaise salt and pepper, to taste Prepare macaroni to package directions.
