Delicious Yogurt Pancakes 1 c. flour 1 T. sugar 3/4 teas. baking powder 1/2 teas. salt 4 eggs 1 (8 oz.) carton yogurt (strawberry or blueberry) 1/4 c. water Mix all together and let sit for 2 mins. to rise. Drop onto hot griddle and flip. $19.99

Fruit Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe 1 (10 oz.)pkg. frozen, sweetened raspberries, thawed and drained 1/3 c. seedless raspberry jam 2 T. cider vinegar 2 T. lemon juice 1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Dash of nutmeg In a blender, process raspberries until pureed. Strain to remove seeds. Return pureed to the blender. Add jam, vinegar, and lemon juice: cover and process until smooth. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Process until smooth. Serve over assorted fresh fruit. $8.99

Pistachio Cake with Lemon-lime Soda Recipe

Pistachio Cake with Lemon-lime Soda 1 pkg. white cake mix 1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant pistachio pudding 3 eggs 1 c. lemon-lime soda 1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. chopped pecans FROSTING: 1 1/2 c. cold milk 1/2 c. chopped pistachios 1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant pistachio pudding 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed Combine the first 5 ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Poor into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350' for 45-50 minutes. Cool on rack. Frosting: Beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with pistachios. Refrigerate. $19.99
