Chicken Chow Mein

 Chicken Chow Mein recipe 2- 12.5 oz. cans Swanson Premium chuck Chicken Breast or fresh Chicken, cooked 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup celery, diced 1/2 teas. salt 1/4 teas. pepper 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup water 1 cup Chow Mein vegetables, drained 1 small can of mushrooms, drained 3 cups cooked white rice Chow Mein noodles Brown onions and celery until tender, not mushy. Drain off liquid. Add chicken, water, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add vegetables, mushrooms, stir, add soup. Mix together, simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over white rice. Topped with Chow Mein noodles. Delicious!

  Allie's style taco dip recipe 8 oz. cream cheese 16 oz. sour cream 1 pkg. taco seasoning Shredded cheddar cheese Chopped lettuce Mix first 3 ingredients together. Spread on a round plate or whatever your choosing. Then, layer chopped  lettuce over all. Next, layer shredded cheese over all. (Optional) Layer other toppings like onions, tomatoes  or black olives. Chocolate Mint Swirl Cookies

 Addicting chocolate mint swirl cookie Recipe 3/4 cup margarine 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 cups chocolate chips 2 eggs 2 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2-3 pkgs. Ande's Mints(chocolate with green center) In a saucepan melt 3/4 cup margarine. Stir in brown sugar and partially melt chocolate chips. Put in bowl. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat. Add flour and baking soda. Mix well. Place by  teaspoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350' for 8-10 minutes. As cookies come from oven, place a mint on each cookie. Wait 2-3 minutes then swirl with a fork while still on cookie sheet. Remove and let cool. Let's Get Back To The Kitchen Again

Caramel Rolls with Frozen Bread Dough

 Caramel rolls with frozen bread dough recipe 1 cup chopped pecans 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 large pkg. cook & serve pudding mix (not instant) 1 T. milk 1 T. cinnamon 1 cup brown sugar Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Pull thawed bread dough into walnut-size pieces. Fill pan with a layer of dough balls. Combine remaining ingredients and heat; pour over dough. Let rise overnight in refrigerator. Bake, uncovered at 350' for 30 minutes. Place rolls immediately onto a foil-lined cookie sheet.

Pigs In a Blanket with Cabbage

Pigs in a blanket with beef and cabbage recipe 2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. white rice 1 medium grated onion 1 large cabbage head salt and pepper to taste 2 cans stewed tomatoes Put cabbage in boiling water until it wilts and leaves are easy to remove. Mix meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper. Shape in meat balls size (only longer). Roll into cabbage leaves. Pour stewed tomatoes over top. Bake at 350' for 1 1/2 hours.
