1-lb ground beef
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1-(15 oz.) can butter beans, drained
1-(15-1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1-(28 oz.) can Bush's baked beans
1 cup ketcup
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teas. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet, drain. Combine
all ingredients in a bowl, mixing to combine. Pour into
greased baking dish, bake at 350' for 1 hour.

Delicious Hanky Pankies Appetizer Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground sausage
1 tbls. garlic salt
1 tbls. oregano
1 tbls. ground pepper
1 tbls. dry onion
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. rye bread squares

Fry and brown sausage and beef, drain well. Add chunk
cheese and stir until melted. Mix these next ingredients
into meat mixture, garlic salt, oregano, ground pepper
and dry onion. Simmer for 15-30 minutes. Place a teaspoon
of mixture on each rye square. Place on cookie sheet and
broil 8 minutes until they bubble. Makes 60 appetizers.

Freezes very well also.

Fresh from the Garden Cucumbers with Apple Cider Vinegar recipe

(2 garden size cucumbers per. serving)

cucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
Onion, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
1/2 tsp salt (adjust per cucumber)
Apple Cider vinegar

Combine cucumbers and onions in a bowl. With your fingers mix together
while shaking the salt over all(so salt is evenly distributed).
Let soak for 3 hours. I give mine a stir a few times during soaking
period. After soaking, DRAIN the juice that has formed. Pour vinegar
over all until mostly covered. Add a pinch of black pepper, stir, let
stand 10 minutes, stir again, then serve.

Tip: I prep. this in the morning and let them soak all day until supper time.
Longer the better I think for the true flavor. Yum!!

Mom's Brunch Pizza Recipe

1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
1 egg

Egg topping:
7 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sliced velveeta cheese

Optional toppings:
Chopped onion
Chopped green peppers
Sliced mushrooms
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Chopped ham

Preheat oven to 400'. Place parchment paper on 15" pizza
pan. (Do not bake without parchment paper). Combine potatoes
and 1 egg in a bowl. Spread potatoes on pizza pan in a 14" circle.
Pat down. Bake for 20 mins. Whisk 7 eggs and milk in a microwave
bowl. Microwave on high for 3 mins. Stir. Cook an additional 3 mins.
Stir. Spread cooked eggs evenly over baked potato crust. Top with
additional toppings. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 mins.
Cut into wedges with pizza cutter!
