Six Layer Dinner Recipe Layer the following in a deep casserole in this order 2 cups raw sliced potatoes 1 cup chopped green pepper 1 cup raw white rice 1 cup chopped onions 1 lb. raw hamburger 32 oz. cooked tomatoes(I use my stewed tomatoes I preserve every year) Add salt and pepper as you go Cover and bake in a 325' oven for 2 1/2 hours, or until rice is tender.
