Baked Pork Tenderloin
Baked Pork Tenderloin Recipe 3 pork tenderloins 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup bourbon 4 Tbsp. brown sugar Combine soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar. Marinate the pork several hrs. or overnight. Remove and bake in a shallow pan, uncovered, at 325' for 1 1/2 hours, basting often. Carve into thin diagonal slices. Serve with sour cream sauce. Sour Cream Sauce: 2/3 cup sour cream 2/3 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. dry mustard 1/2 Tsp. vinegar 1 Tbsp. onion, grated Combine and heat through in microwave. Serve with tenderloin. (Makes a good cold spread, too.)
