New Year's Bubbling Bacon and Horseradish Dip

New Year's Bubbling Bacon and Horseradish Dip Recipe This is one of my appetizers I'm going to make for News Year's Eve hors d' oeuvre table. It's really a good dip. Real easy to prepare. 4 crispy cooked bacon slices 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 to 4 tbsp. prepared horseradish 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions 1 minced garlic clove 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper. Cook bacon until crisp. In a small, slow cooker, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, green onions, garlic, Cheddar cheese, pepper, and crumbled bacon strips. Stir well, cover and cook 1 hr. on high. Stir, cover and cook on high for 30 mins. Serve with crackers.
