Delicious Sausage Apple Casserole Recipe 1 lb. sausage 1 pkg. Pillsbury Ready to bake    refrigerated crust. 1 can apple filling 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar Cook and drain sausage. Place crust into 9 inch pie plate. Prick crust with fork. Spoon pie filling into shell. Place sausage onto pie filling. Sprinkle with cheese and top with brown sugar. Place second crust on top. Cut several slits in center.
