Holiday Cranberry Relish Recipe

Try this holiday cranberry relish recipe

1 lb. cranberries, washed
4 apples, cored with peel
2 Oranges, seeds removed
1-1/2 c. sugar or more to taste

Cut apples in quarters and remove seeds. Cut oranges in
quarters, squeeze juice (you don't need it for the recipe),
save if you like. Grind the cranberries and place in mixing
bowl. Grind apple sections and orange sections (with the rind
on it). Add to mixing bowl. Add sugar. Mix thoroughly. More
sugar can be added for flavor. Relish can be stored in covered
container in refrigerator.

Delicious come on over cake

40 Ritz Crackers
1-1/2 c. sugar
4 egg whites
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
2 env. Dream Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. can pineapple, crushed

Grease a 13x9 in baking pan. Crush Ritz crackers, mix with
nuts and baking powder, set aside. Next, in a bowl, beat egg
whites, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Fold cracker mixture
into egg whites and spread into baking pan, bake at 300' for
20 to 25 minutes, or until  lightly brown. Cool completely.
Mix Dream Whip according to package. Add softened cream
cheese, powdered sugar and pineapple. Spread on  baked crackers
and refrigerate overnight.


Tuna Bunnies Recipe

Tuna bunnies recipe in aluminum foil

6 (1/2 oz.) cans of tuna, drained
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, chopped or grated
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley flaked, dried
4 hamburger buns
Aluminum foil

Mix first 7 ingredients, then divide into quarters and
mound on buns. Wrap bunnies into foil. Wrap each bunny
individually in foil and bake in oven at 350' for 20
minutes until cheese is melted or the foil packets can be
placed on a rack over hot coals. $8.99

Low Fat Personal Pizza Recipe

Whole wheat or flour tortilla
Squeezable pizza sauce
Low fat mozzarella cheese
Turkey sausage, browned and crumbled or Turkey pepperoni
Green olives, chopped
Black olives, chopped
Mushrooms, sliced

Pre heat oven to 425'. Squeeze about 3 to 4 tablespoons of
pizza sauce on top of tortilla and spread. Add other ingredients
to taste. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Note: Flour tortilla work better than whole wheat which are
thinner and break easy.


Sauerkraut Hot Dish Recipe

If you love sauerkraut, this sauerkraut hot dish recipe is something to try!

1 (2 lb.) pkg. chunky hash browns
1 can. sauerkraut, drained
2 c. cubed ham
2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Layer in casserole dish 1/2 hash brown potatoes, 1/2 can sauerkraut,
1 cup cubed ham, repeat layers. Mix together cream of mushroom soup
and Miracle Whip, spread over top of layer. Bake covered at 350' for
45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes. Stir all together, may
add more or less sauerkraut or ham to taste. Recipe may be doubled
and put into a small roaster. Very good! Serves 6 to 8.
