Oh so good, Spinach Balls 2 (10 oz.) pkgs frozen chopped spinach (thaw and rinse, cook and drain well, squeeze to drain) 1 c. crumb type stuffing mix 1 c. Parmesan grated cheese 6 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. margarine, melted 1/2 tsp. Thyme 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. to 1 c. onions, finely chopped Salt and pepper Mix all ingredients together. Roll into walnut size balls. Freeze. Bake at 350' for 10 minutes. Delicious Cheddar Spinach Pie Spinach Potatoes $8.99

Easy Rhubarb Dream Bars Crust: 2 c. flour 1 c. butter, softened 3/4 c. powdered sugar Filling: 4 eggs 2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 4 c. rhubarb, diced Mix crust together and press into a 13x9 inch sprayed cooking dish. Bake at 350' for 15 minutes. Mix filling together and pour over hot crust. Return to oven and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes more, or until filling is set. Delicious! $8.99

Easy American Pizza Dough 2 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup water Knead dough about 1 minute on a lightly floured platform. Roll into a circle. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Pinch edge of dough to make a slight rim. Spread on dough, in order listed: 1-1/2 to 2 cups pizza sauce 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese 1 cup, your choice of meat(s) 1/2 c. diced onions 8 oz. shredded cheese of choice 2 tbsps. cooking (salad) oil Bake 20-25 minutes. Delicious Vanilla Wafers Pudding Dessert 2-3/4 c. milk 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (5.1 oz.) 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 4 c. crushed vanilla wafers 3 c. sliced fresh strawberry, fresh bananas, and fresh raspberries, optional In a large bowl whisk milk and pudding. Mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes. Fold in condensed milk. Set aside 1 tablespoon Cool Whip and 2 tablespoons wafer crumbs. Fold remaining Cool Whip into pudding. In a 3 quart serving bowl, layer the strawberries, wafer crumbs, and pudding mixture. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with reserved Cool Whip and wafer crumbs. Refrigerate until serving.
