Easy American Pizza Dough
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup water
Knead dough about 1 minute on a lightly floured platform.
Roll into a circle. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Pinch edge
of dough to make a slight rim.
Spread on dough, in order listed:
1-1/2 to 2 cups pizza sauce
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 cup, your choice of meat(s)
1/2 c. diced onions
8 oz. shredded cheese of choice
2 tbsps. cooking (salad) oil
Bake 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 pieces
