DUMP BARS RECIPE 2 c. sugar 1-3/4 c. flour 5 eggs 1 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. cocoa 1 c. chocolate chips Mix together all ingredients but chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake at 350' for 25 minutes or until done. $8.99

NON-DAIRY SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM RECIPE

Non-dairy scalloped potatoes and ham recipe 3/4 c. Non-dairy creamer 1-3/4 c. water 3 T. butter 3 T. flour 2 T. Minced onion 1 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. paprika 6 large potatoes, sliced 2 c. diced ham In a buttered casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes and ham. In a small sauce pan, mix butter, flour, water, Non-Dairy creamer, onion, salt and paprika. Bring to a boil, while while stirring for 1 to 2 minutes or until thick. Pour over sliced potatoes and ham. Bake at 350' for 30 to 40 minutes until potatoes are tender. Makes for 5 servings. Tip: Substitute fresh diced onions for the minced onions. Adds some great extra flavor. Delicious! $8.99

Wild Bill's Best Thin Crust Pizza 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Pizza Crust Mix 1 jar Ragu Garlic and Onion Spaghetti sauce 1 roll Jimmy Dean Hot and Spicy, cooked 2 c. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese Your favorite pizza toppings (Wild Bill uses pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms) Heat oven to 475'. Grease and flour a cookie sheet. Mix one packet of pizza crust, follow package directions, let rise. Using a rolling pin, spread dough evenly in cookie sheet. Poke holes in crust using fork tines. Cook until crispy, golden brown. Take out and cool for a couple minutes. Spread spaghetti sauce in a generous layer over cooked crust. Layer cooked sausage, then rest of toppings. Mozzarella and cheddar are last. Put back in oven and cook until the Mozzarella is lightly browned and pizza is slightly brown around edges. $8.99
