Beer Beef Recipe
Beer Beef Recipe 1 lb. lean beef strips or cubes 1 can beer(12 oz.) Salt and pepper to taste 1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix 2 tbsp. butter or oil(I use butter) 1/2 tsp. basil Brown beef in oil or butter. Add beer and seasonings. Cover and simmer 35-40 minutes. Add gravy mix and simmer 10-15 minutes more. Serve over egg noodles or rice. Serves 3 to 4
