Applesauce Cookies Recipe 1 cup margarine 2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 2 cups applesauce 4 cups flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. soda Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and applesauce. Mix. Add dry ingredients. Beat well.(you can add 2 cups of raisins if desired) Bake at 375' for 10-15 mins. on greased cookie sheet.
