1 (10 oz.)pkg. frozen, sweetened raspberries, thawed and drained
1/3 c. seedless raspberry jam
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg
In a blender, process raspberries until pureed. Strain to remove seeds.
Return pureed to the blender. Add jam, vinegar, and lemon juice: cover
and process until smooth. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Process until
smooth. Serve over assorted fresh fruit.
