Chocolate Zucchini Cake

This is a tasty cake! hmmm

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips.

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream oil, butter, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir in zucchini. Blend flour, cocoa, cinnamon, baking powder,, and baking soda. Add to mixture in portions alternating with buttermilk. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan or glass baking dish.

Bake in oven at 325' for 35 mins. Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the top of the cake and bake for another 15 mins. or until done. Insert a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean, cakes done.

I'm not a fan of nuts, so I just omit them.
