1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
1 medium raw potato(grated)
1 small onion(grated)
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream mushroom soup
1 soup can skim milk and some flour.
Mix first six ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Lightly roll in flour and brown. Drain any grease. Place in large casserole or 9 x 13 pan. Blend soup and skim milk. then pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350' for 1 hour.
