Annette's Wonderful Easy Vegetable Medley

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables, thawed and drained.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can french fried onions

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions in a shallow, greased 1 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 350' for 30 minutes or until veggies are done. Remove from oven. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake additional 10 minutes uncovered.
