1 lb. lean ground pork
3 cups crushed graham crackers
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 cups milk.
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape into individual balls from a scant 1/4 cup measuring cup. Place on a foil lined large cookie sheet, do not cover. Bake about 1 hour at 350'. Cool if you are going to freeze them.
Sauce: In a sauce pan add 2 cans tomato soup, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, 3/4 cup vinegar, 2 tsp. dry mustard. Mix well and just bring to a boil so sugar dissolves. Pour over the meat balls and bake for 1 hour at 350'. Serves 16 people. I use my crockpot to warm and serve.
