1 Baguette (French loaf)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 teas. sweet paprika
1/2 teas. kosher salt
1/4 teas. ground black pepper
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese.
Preheat oven to 400'. Place the baguette on a cutting board and slice off ends. Slice the baguette in half crosswise and lengthwise so you have 4 halves. Slice each quarter lengthwise into 3 long strips. (You should end up with 12 strips). Brush each strip with some olive oil and then place on an aluminum foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
Sprinkle the bread strips with the paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Bake the breadsticks until they are golden brown, about 7 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
