Cheesecake Dip Recipe

1(8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 container marshmallow cream
2  containers Cool Whip
2 cans cherry pie filling
graham cracker sticks.

Mix together cream cheese, marshmallow cream, and Cool Whip. Spread in the bottom of a cake pan. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill before serving. Use graham cracker sticks to dip.

I'm not a big fan of cherry pie filling, so I substituted blueberry pie filling. So good!

Ground beef Chow Mein recipe 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup celery, diced 1/2 teas. salt 1/4 teas. pepper 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup water 1 cup chow mein vegetables 1 small can of mushrooms, drained 3 cups cooked white rice Chow mein noodles Brown ground beef, onions and celery until beef in browned and celery tender, not mushy. Drain off fat. Add water, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add vegetables, mushrooms, then stir, add soup. Mix together, simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over white rice. Topped with Chow Mein noodles. Delicious!

 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. onions, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1 can tomatoes 1 can peas, drained 1 can mushroom soup 2 tbsp. sugar salt and pepper Season ground beef with salt, pepper and sugar. Then, brown seasoned ground beef and onions in a big fry pan. Add rest of ingredients, simmer on low for about an hour. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes. Very easy meal to make.
