Monster Cookies Recipe, yum, yum!

4 eggs
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
10 tbsps. butter
2 cups peanut butter
6 cups oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup. mini M&M's

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients In order. Mix thoroughly before adding oatmeal and chocolate. Spoon mixture onto a non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 350' for 12 - 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Ground beef Chow Mein recipe 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup celery, diced 1/2 teas. salt 1/4 teas. pepper 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup water 1 cup chow mein vegetables 1 small can of mushrooms, drained 3 cups cooked white rice Chow mein noodles Brown ground beef, onions and celery until beef in browned and celery tender, not mushy. Drain off fat. Add water, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add vegetables, mushrooms, then stir, add soup. Mix together, simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over white rice. Topped with Chow Mein noodles. Delicious!

Strawberry Pretzel Salad Recipe

 1 1/2 c. broken pretzels 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 16 oz. Cool Whip 1/2 c. sugar 13 oz. can pineapple with juice 1-1/2 c. strawberries Crush pretzels, melt butter. Mix together pretzels, butter and 1/2 c. sugar. Bake in pan covered with tin foil at 350' for 10 mins. Break apart after baking. Store in covered container. Beat 8 oz. cream cheese, fold in 16 oz. Cool Whip. Stir in 1/2 c. sugar and pineapple with juice. Stir in pretzels and Strawberries just before serving. Secret Recipe Brownies
