I hadn't had Pizzaburgers since High School I think! Found this old recipe that my Mom use to make. I whipped it up last week for supper. Boy they tasted so good! Give it a try if you like. Memories....
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 can (10 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. sage
Mix all together. Spoon on bun halves and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425' or until cheese melts. This should do
a dozen buns. I use hamburger buns. I also sprinkle extra Shredded
cheddar cheese on each top before baking.
