Wedding Salad Recipe

2 cups dry pasta, cooked
4 eggs, hard boiled and sliced
1(12 oz.) bag frozen peas
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1(10 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1-1 1/2 cups miracle whip
3/4 lb. diced ham
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. classic yellow mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
3 oz. cashews

Combine all ingredients. Use the amount of miracle whip needed to reach desired consistency. Taste salad and adjust seasoning as needed. Refrigerate several hours/overnight. Add cashews just prior to serving. Can garnish with parsley and red cherry tomatoes.
