1 can cr. celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 cup milk
12 slices of bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
2 stick green onions slightly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Put your thinly sliced potatoes in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Mix together in a bowl your soup, sour cream, milk and bacon.
Put over potatoes and mix all together in the casserole dish.
Cover and baked at 350' for 1 hour. If potatoes are sliced a little
thicker, check to make sure potatoes are done. If not, cook another
Tip: I salt and pepper the potatoes in casserole dish before mixing
in with the other ingredients.
